“In early 2002, looking for a home to raise our new family we fell in love with South Mill Country Homes’ Festival Green development in Wheaton Aston. It offered a small bespoke development of five detached homes set around a private driveway. We especially liked the fact that all the houses were individual and characterful with generous gardens, all perfectly planned to benefit from south facing and naturally screened gardens. As a Chartered Surveyor, the build quality was particularly important and I have no hesitation in advocating that everything about the house was first class, well designed with generous proportions and extremely well finished.
